FDA clearance

The BTL-4000 Smart & Premium line for electrotherapy, ultrasound and laser therapy has received FDA clearance. This unique compact therapy system finds its place mainly in treatment of the musculoskeletal system pain and disorders which cause such pain. Therapies affect treated tissue in all stages from acute to chronic and help significantly throughout the healing process. 

A crucial breakthrough of the entire series is the operator independent application of ultrasound, which is possible thanks to the unique Rotary Field Technology, which is implemented in new ultrasound applicator the HandsFree Sono^®. The processor controls switching of individual crystals in the applicator so that it simulates movement of the therapist's hand while allowing fully homogenous ultrasound dose spread in the treated area.
